🖥️ The 3-Zone Workspace Anatomy

Whenever you log into AutoCRM (https://app.auto-crm.com), the screen is divided into three functional zones:

Zone 1: Left Sidebar

Global App Navigation

  • Quick Create: + New dropdown

  • Workspace: Contacts, Deals, Proposals

  • Channels: Chat Hub & Inbox

  • Productivity: Tasks, Calendar, Reports

  • Settings: Organization & Profile

Zone 2: Main Stage

Interactive Working Canvas

  • Header: Breadcrumbs & View toggles

  • Action Bar: Search, filters, bulk actions

  • Stage Views: Kanban, Table, or Detail view

  • Editor: Real-time editing and forms

Zone 3: Right Drawer

Contextual Intelligence

  • Schedule Tab: Today's tasks and calendar

  • AI Audit Tab: Live reasoning monologues

  • Tool Traces: Inputs, outputs & overseer badges

  • Entity Context: Linked history

1. Zone 1: The Left Navigation Sidebar

Contains all core modules organized into logical workflows:

  • + New Quick Create Button: Instant modal creator for Contacts, Companies, Deals, or Tasks.

  • Workspace & Pipeline: Dashboard, Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Proposals.

  • Communications: Chat Hub (WhatsApp/Live Chat) and Inbox & Comms (Gmail/IMAP).

  • Productivity: Tasks, Calendar, and Reports & Analytics.

  • Management (Admins): Team & Access.

  • Bottom Tray: User Profile, Theme Switcher, and Settings (gear icon).

2. Zone 2: The Main Stage Canvas

The central area where deep work occurs. Dynamically adapts based on your selected view (e.g., Kanban drag-and-drop board for Deals, high-density table for Contacts, or conversational feed for Communications).

3. Zone 3: The Right Collapsible Drawer

A persistent companion pane on the right side of the screen. You can expand, collapse, or resize it by dragging its left border. It contains:

  • Schedule Tab: Upcoming meetings, calendar appointments, and overdue tasks.

  • Audit Tab (Robot Icon): The live AI Audit & Agent Thread Feed. When you click into a specific deal or contact in Zone 2, this drawer automatically filters to show the internal AI monologue and tool logs for that exact record.
